Install by QR code or enter the details by hand
Scanning the QR code is the easiest way. If you can't scan it, for example because the code is on the same phone, choose Enter Details Manually and type the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your Olysim email.
Both ways install exactly the same eSIM. Pick whichever is easier for you.
Scan the QR code
Open the QR code on a second screen, like a laptop, or print it. Then follow the install guide for your phone and scan it with the phone you travel with.
Enter the details by hand
Use this when the QR code is on the same phone you are installing on.
- iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually.
- Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM > Enter activation code.
- Pixel: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Add SIM > Need help? > Enter it manually.
Copy the codes exactly as they are in your email. You can also find them in the Olysim app and under My eSIM on the website.
