Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also find your QR code in the Olysim app and under My eSIM on the website. Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp.

Search your inbox for Olysim.
Look in Spam, Junk and Promotions too.

Open the Olysim app and sign in with the same email.
Your eSIM and QR code are under your eSIMs.

Or sign in on the website and open My eSIM.
You can copy the codes from there.

Message us on WhatsApp with your payment details, and we will send the eSIM to the right email.
How long does the email take?
Usually a few seconds after payment. Sometimes it takes a few minutes.
