eSIM not working or no internet abroad? Try these fixes
Check three things: Data Roaming is on for the Olysim eSIM, the eSIM is your Mobile Data line, and then turn Airplane mode on and off. Wait about a minute. This fixes most problems.
Work through these in order. Most people are back online after step 3.
Step by step

Turn Data Roaming on for the Olysim eSIM.
iPhone: Settings > Mobile Service > Olysim. Android: SIMs or Mobile networks.

Make the Olysim eSIM your Mobile Data line.
Your phone may still be trying to use your home SIM.

Turn Airplane mode on, wait 30 seconds, then turn it off.
This makes the phone look for networks again.

Restart your phone.
Give it a minute after it starts up.

Check you are in a country your plan covers.
A plan for one country does not work in the next one.

Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp with a screenshot of your SIM settings.
Use any Wi-Fi. A real person replies, day and night.
Do not delete the eSIM, even if it seems broken. A deleted eSIM usually cannot be installed again.
Common questions
I have full signal but no internet. Why?
Usually Data Roaming is off, or the phone is using your home SIM for data. If both are right, the APN may need setting.
The eSIM worked yesterday and stopped today. Why?
Your data or days may have run out. Check what is left in the Olysim app or under My eSIM on the website.
