I deleted my eSIM by mistake: what now?

Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your order email. A deleted eSIM usually cannot be scanned again, but we will check what can be done for your plan.

- Roughly when you deleted it, and whether the plan had started.
Why the QR code does not work again
Each eSIM can be installed once. When it is deleted, the network usually closes that eSIM for good, so the same QR code says it is no longer valid.
Stop it happening again
To stop using an eSIM, turn the line off instead of deleting it. On iPhone, when you erase or reset the phone, choose to keep your eSIMs.
